Chris Walsh, Melbourne Australia

I have worked with people with trauma in many forms for decades and have seen the field evolve heaps. I started developing my own style of somatic therapy for trauma in the 1980s before somatic therapy really became a thing. Like Hakomi my approach started with Feldenkrais and mindful meditation. I have integratred lots of other approaches over the years and I have processed my own trauma along the way. I have also done a lot of work with transgenerational trauma. Currently I work a lot with military.
I am currently writing a series of books and I am doing this course both to see what I can learn and to see how the nformation here integrates with what I am writing.
