I work closely with families and individuals in the special needs community and am committed to strengthening my competence to better serve them. While this seminar may not focus directly on that population, I believe our experiences are deeply embedded in the nervous system. I’ve seen how, when parents and caregivers learn to regulate and care for themselves, the impact on their children can be profound. I’m hopeful to gain insights here that will provide both myself and the families I support with valuable tools.
