I’ve launched a Polyvagal-Informed Classroom Wellness Platform for K-12 teachers called Light Blue Learning. I’m excited to attend this event to learn practices from a therapist lens and see how I can adapt and share them from a teacher lens. I understand that teachers are not therapists and do not have that expertise, but I do think teachers can and want to have a better understanding of the knowledge behind regulation and resilience to be able to help their students during class.
