  1. This was lovely, but I was hoping to hear more about working with families with a somatic, embodied approach since the title included “Family Systems.”

    1. The confusion is understandable Julia. It does say that but if you read it again you can see that it says “Internal Family Systems Therapy” also known as IFS, which is an integrative approach to individual psychotherapy.

  2. What a rich conversation that touched on many things. The wrap up was fantastic in expressing the why fur all this work: bringing the mind and body together in aligned embodiment to be able to connect to the wisdom in the field that surrounds us. Thank you for this, and I’d love to receive the IFS introduction document that was mentioned at the beginning of this interview.

  3. Thank you Susan and Clarissa. I loved that you brought in a discussion of energetic states and how this is playing out in the therapy room and in the relationship. This is not often talked about in the counselling world.

  4. Hi,Thank you its so nice. Though I am confused by the Word blended. As English is not my first language, What is meant? You dont breath properly when blended and so on…

  5. Very good interview and I loved the enthusiasm. Thank you both and thank you Susan for your important contribution to this work.
