Wonderful and very informative.
Thank you
What a gem of a human, so knowledgable and so compassionate, wish we had more of her on this planet! Very insightful talk, thank you
I completely agree, Nina. What an inspiring person. I felt Arielle’s generosity of spirit and knowledge in how she explained the concepts and gave beautifully clear examples as she went along. Her clients are lucky to be held and supported by such a wonderful human.
Excellent correlation of ANS, ROLE OF Vagus nerve in balancing Sympathetic and Parasympathetic Systems in Healing , Integrating and keeping the Equilibrium, Balance in MIND BODY .Thanks to Dr. STEPHEN PORGESS THEORY about EVOLUTIONARY Limbic Systems that was neglected in understanding of How Trauma affects the Nervous Tissue.
Thank you for your insight and clarification .
Absolutely wonderful! Thank you for your knowledge and holding such wonderful space to learn.
I have heard more than three times about the parasympathetic and sympathetic states, oh and that third one (where I would want to be) so many times and can’t sort them in my head. I’m working with a book I bought by Deb Dana. I am working with the therapist, Sidney, I’m actually very bright, why can I not grasp this concept? Actually have to laugh at myself at this point… It’s an ongoing story and I need to write it out…but it is stuck
So wonderfully explained. I am a great fan
I learned a lot on some very interesting topics. The interviewer did an excellent job as well.
So compassionate& well spaced learning & great modelling for coregulation practice 😄☮️🙏
wonderful Arielle ! fully embodying what you teach
That was very helpful to know that I’m not broken and we all have a nervous system and we can help each other to co-regulate.
A very insightful conversation. Co-regulation is definitely a great tool for therapists.
Arielle – I want to thank you for just “being” the amazingly kind, competent & compassionate “teacher” that you innately are … I have decades of experience w/ “C-PTSD” & an ongoing personal search for some semblance of “peace” before God calls me home, so to speak. Thank you for your demonstration in this talk of that “peace” & giving me the continuing hope that it is indeed still possible. You are a gifted healer & I look forward to joining a program I think I saw somewhere that you are starting online approximately Nov 1st.
Godspeed & deep gratitude to you & all of your colleagues in this series on nervous system regulation.
Excellent. I work in Education too. Maybe I am taking a detour, but this is so meaningful in many areas. I am wondering how I can tie in this for teachers when assessing students, how they could use it so stuents can demostrate understanding.
Informative and relatable
Thank you!!
Arielle has given such an amazing in-depth outline in a new subject within a video. She is so knowledgeable. Thanking the universe for her expertise and also, the Host lady is also amazing!
Oh how I wish I could sit with you during sessions and absorb even more information and skills. Thank you for sharing this well paced informational nugget. I will be buying your book momentarily.
One more amazing conversation. Pure inspiration. Thank you!

Thank you! Very useful information! And what an inspiring human treasure…. She is so wise, kind and compassionate and even seeing or listening her just completely co-regulates my nervous system 🙂
Thank you Dr. Schwartz! This was so helpful. You lead by example in your presence, tone, facial expressions and movement. I will be using what I have learned in my yoga teaching and counseling practice.
I’m so grateful. Thank you, Arielle!
Thank you Arielle, for a profoundly helpful presentation. I will be using your five step practice today 🙂 Your description of vagal tone was so clear and I’m so grateful for your concluding comment, highlighting the importance of finding really good co-regulating relationships. Deep gratitude.
I love Arielle her brilliance and comprehensive teaching skills are so inspiring . Her clients are so very blessed . I’m looking forward to her 6 month immersion class with The Shift Network starting next month and being in her presence for the second time on retreat in South Africa which was magical last year !
